Who we are

Tap2Win is a mobile game operated by Shashank Narain, doing business as Soft Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Tap2Win app, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information you give us

• Username you choose when you create an account.
• Profile photo, only if you choose to upload one.
• Support messages you send us through the app's Support section.
• Device language and time zone, used to show the app and notifications correctly for you.

Information from sign-in providers

If you link a Google, Facebook, or Apple account, that provider shares a stable account identifier and, where the provider makes it available, your email address with us. We use this to verify your identity, let you sign back in, and (if you contact us) to respond to your Support messages. We never post this email publicly or share it with other players.

Gameplay and rewards data

• Scores, game history, coin balance, and tournament/leaderboard participation.
• Referral activity, if you invite other players.
• Coin-redemption history — redemptions are gift vouchers from partner brands; we do not collect bank account, card, or payment details for this.

Advertising

Tap2Win shows ads through Google AdMob to support free play. AdMob and its partners may collect your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple's IDFA) and general ad-interaction data to show and measure ads. On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any identifier is used for tracking — you can decline this and still play the game and see ads.

Analytics and notifications

We log in-app events (such as which screens and games you use) to understand how the app is used and to improve it. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications (like daily bonuses, prize wins, or rank updates) to your device, which requires a device messaging token.

How we use this information

• To operate your account, gameplay, and tournaments.
• To credit coins, process voucher redemptions, and run referral rewards.
• To send you notifications you've enabled and respond to Support requests.
• To show and measure ads, and to understand and improve the app.
• To detect abuse, cheating, and fraud.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the app — Google (AdMob sign-in, Firebase, Google Sign-In), Meta (Facebook Login), and Apple (Sign in with Apple) — each bound by their own privacy terms, and only to the extent needed to provide their part of the service.

Data retention

We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. Notifications and analytics events are retained for a limited period and then automatically deleted. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.

Children's privacy

Tap2Win is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• You can unlink a social sign-in account or delete your Tap2Win account by contacting us.
• You can turn off individual notification types from within the app.
• You can limit ad personalization through your device's own ad-settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Ads).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
